Essential cookies and browser storage

Session and CSRF cookies support sign-in and protect requests. Browser session storage keeps a private guest portrait capability for recovery in the same session. Language and theme preferences may use local storage. The session cookie is named portfoliophoto_app_session: ordinary sessions last up to 30 minutes; team sessions use a 7-day inactivity limit and a 30-day absolute limit, and administrator sessions use 12 hours and 7 days respectively. The portfoliophoto_app_csrf cookie has no persistent expiry and follows the browser session. Preference storage remains until changed or cleared. These functions are needed for the service or a preference you request; blocking them may prevent sign-in, upload or recovery.

Optional analytics

If Google Analytics is enabled for this site, it loads only after you accept analytics. Rejecting it does not prevent portrait preparation. The consent preference is kept in local storage for up to 180 days. Analytics covers eligible public pages, excludes private workflow URLs and photo contents, and has advertising features disabled in the application configuration.

You can change your decision below when analytics is enabled. Withdrawal stops further collection and removes the first-party analytics cookies the application manages; it does not itself erase data already lawfully collected by the provider. Use the privacy contact to request that separately.

Payment-provider storage

Stripe’s hosted checkout may use its own cookies and similar technology for payments and fraud prevention. Its notices apply on the payment page. See the Privacy Policy for the operator, purposes and your rights.
